DefenseNet Update:
It appears from our forward post that the recent attack on Haifa was carried out by a Mobile Rocket Launching Vehicle belonging to the Lebanese army. It is not clear what the intent was, but it is assumed that the vehicle either fell into enemy hands or switched sides to Hezbollah.
